Peter

OWNER

Having qualified as a Personal Trainer in 2012, Pete spent the first five years specializing in weight loss for clients. From there he ventured into learning and coaching Olympic Lifting and Powerlifting.

In 2017, Pete founded Barbell Training Complex as a PT Studio before extending and opening it as a full gym in 2020.

Eliot

COACH

Having gained both a Level 3 Personal Training qualification and a Level 4 Sports Nutrition qualification since 2012, Eliot has coached a variety of people from novice lifters to high-level athletes.

Eliot has over 12 years of experience in the Health and Fitness industry, from holding multiple PCA and UKBFF Bodybuilding titles to holding multiple British records in Powerlifting (Squat, Deadlift, and Total).

Damon

COACH

Having qualified as a Level 3 Personal Trainer three years ago, Damon spent many years competing in different forms of martial arts (including Taekwondo, Muay Thai and Kickboxing), as well as endurance running and in recent years Powerlifting and Strongman. Damon has coached numerous athletes from complete beginners to successfully competing in Powerlifting competitions!
