One of our coaches will talk to you about your goals and draw up a plan of action which will be delivered via an easily accessible mobile app. You will have every week planned out for you with all exercises, sets, and reps included, as well as tutorial videos and you can leave feedback for your coach along the way via the app.
You may be asked to record lifts when needed for your coach to review and give necessary feedback.At the end of every block of coaching, you will catch up with your coach and discuss how the month has gone and plan the next month to come.

This is a mashup of the One to One and Online Coaching service where you will receive everything the online coaching offers but with regular planned One to One sessions.
This can be used to work on technique or track progress or maybe even when you know you have a hard session planned and you need a kick up the butt.
This is a great option when you don't feel you require regular One to One coaching, instead just a couple of sessions with your coach.
